Greater Washington Individuals and Organizations Lauded for Service

Washington, DC, October 22 – The nonprofit Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) commemorated its 39th year fighting drunk driving and underage drinking today via the organization’s 2021 Annual Meeting and WRAPPY Awards ceremony conducted virtually due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

During today’s online Annual Meeting, WRAP bestowed the following honors:

WRAP today also elected the following officers: Patrick Burke (Washington, D.C. Police Foundation), Chairman; Christopher Hennigh (Amazon), Vice Chairman; Linda Watkins (Inova Trauma Center), Secretary; Jim Fell (NORC at the University of Chicago), Treasurer; and Gary Cohen (Glory Days Grill), Immediate Past Chairman.

The charity also elected the following two individuals to its Board of Directors: Captain Alan Hanson (Fairfax County Police Department); and Deputy Chief Wayne Vincent (Arlington County Police Department).
