WRAP Commemorates 43rd Year in Fighting Drunk Driving and Underage Drinking

Tysons, VA, October 17 – The nonprofit Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) commemorated its 43rd year fighting drunk driving and underage drinking today via the organization’s 2025 Annual Meeting and WRAPPY Awards ceremony held at the Tower Club in Tysons, Virginia and where is bestowed the following honors:
