GREATER WASHINGTON INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS LAUDED FOR THEIR COMMUNITY SERVICE

Washington, DC, October 18 The nonprofit Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) commemorated its 37th year fighting drunk driving and underage drinking today during its 2019 Annual Luncheon Meeting and WRAPPY Awards ceremony held at City Winery in Washington, D.C.

Following a presentation by the Director of the D.C. Mayor’s Office of Nightlife and Culture, Shawn Townsend, who served as the 37th  annual event’s Featured Speaker, WRAP bestowed the following honors:
